On-line support voor 2.7 en mogelijkheid bestaande bugs te bekijken

John Marshall meldt dat de VO support site beschikbaar is voor alle geregistreerde 2.7 gebruikers!

The VO support site at http://support.cavo.com now allows all registered users to search existing bug reports and to submit new bug reports on-line.
Once at http://support.cavo.com you will need to log in using the username and password you specified when you registered.  If you have not registered please visit http://www.cavo.com/register to register your copy of Visual Objects.  If you have registered but do not know your user name and/or password please email webmaster@cavo.com with your name, address, phone number, serial number, and desired user name and password.

Registered users are encouraged to submit issue reports by visiting http://support.cavo.com rather than emailing bugs hunter.  As with issues reported via email it is helpful to have a clear and concise example that demonstrates the problem.  One you have logged into the http://support.cavo.com site you can click on the Account link on the menu and then once on the account page click on the link named Add Issue.

You can also search issues already reported by using the search control on the http://support.cavo.com site and clicking on the Issues tab in the search results page.  Before submitting an issue it is recommended that you search existing issues to see if it has already been reported.
